I Was Called a Racist Today

Perhaps I ought to be more cautious, but hasn’t timidity led us to helotry, if not extinction? Some may know from a comment on MR that I commute to work with a sign in my car’s rear window that reads: DEPORT ALIENS.

On today’s commute I noticed a brown skinned fellow approaching; he caught my eye because he was driving fast while shaving. Noticing the sign he slowed suddenly. Then at the light he sided-up and rolled his window down demanding to know where I was born, as if my presence was somehow illegitimate (despite the fact my family has lived in Kansas since the 1880s).

During his rant I noticed his thick accent, Mexican, Brazilian, Caribbean… I couldn’t tell for sure. But he was aggressive, despite being a foreigner: yet he’s sized up the locals, and knows we are pacified - no threat to him, or his tribe. Finally he discovered, despite his arm waving and banal yelping, I wasn’t to be cowed, he then brought out the big guns, he called me a “racist.” I then looked directly into his eyes, and didn’t blink. He then drove on.

Writing letters to your congressman is all fine, but we have to act, we have to agitate, and we need to be resolved and steady. This is a petty incident, really, but at least one invader knows there is at least one white man not on his knees. America, and the West need men, not cowards if we are to survive.
