Posted by karlmagnus on April 07, 2006, 08:52 AM | # Jewish-Catholic conspiracy currently sounds right, with the Senate being led to perdition by Specter and Martinez (the latter of course a leftist White House stooge put there by Bush in ‘02.) What religion is Frist, though? From his bio he looks Episcopalian—Princeton grad; I didn’t know they let Catholics in there! If the current Senate immigration bill passes, the MR worldview may become very popular among the previous “majority” US stock. Fat lot of good it’ll do anyone. Did you know Mexico had NEGATIVE labor productivity growth over the last 15 years. They keep that one quiet—so much for NAFTA. Pretty clear demonstration of the IQ differences between races, actaully if you look at the OECD figures. Asian countries (plus Ireland, it pains me to admit!) are at the top, France, Germany and Britain are all just above the US and Mexico’s at the bottom. Neocon theory that France and Germany are in deep trouble is BS—no deeper trouble than anyone else. 4
Posted by daveg on April 07, 2006, 12:19 PM | # I will say this, it is the mostly protestant business owners who are pushing hardest for the amensty/guest worker programs currently under discussion in the US, and putting the dollars behind that push. The farm owners and other employers are big promoters of guest worker programs. And of course we have the the big protestant, Jorge Bush. I agree McCain and Kennedy are pushing as well, but without Jorge this bill would be deal already. Keep in ming that Tom Tancredo is a Catholic. That said, I am truely mortified by Cardnal Mahoney’s push on the immigration issue. 5

Even if that were true why should US border control be determined by the economic success of a foreign country? It is the job of politicians like McCain to find solutions to American problems. 6

Posted by Desmond Jones on April 07, 2006, 11:00 PM | # This clearly punches a hole in the Sailer strategy. Stevo contends that Rove and the GOP curry favour amongst brown voters, particularly Hispanics, by being pro-amnesty/immigration. Stevo contends this is a dumb approach because whites elect Republicans. While Protestants consistently vote, in the majority, for Republicans, Catholics (most who vote are white) swing. They voted for Clinton over Bush I and Dole. A majority of Catholics voted for Gore in 2000, however, in 2004, Bush won the Catholic vote. What if the Bush amnesty is focused at the pro-immigration white Catholic vote? 9

Posted by daveg on April 07, 2006, 11:56 PM | # pro-immigration white Catholic vote? The Protestant and Catholic numbers on immigration are not so different. From Steve’s site:
So, there is a 10% difference, but this is a very “open” question. Are they asking about legal immigration or illegal immigration? I think the approval numbers go down for illegal immigration and probably get closer. At less than 50%, illegal immigration is not a way to get Regan swing voters. Bush is motivated by the big business crowd - the big money donners. Did you see the CNN special on immigration tonight? The report had restaurant owners (very protestant looking restaurant owners with nice southern drawls I might add) saying the would not do anything if they “found out” an employee was illegal. They said it was the government’s job to pick them up if they were hear illegally. They asked another good old boy picking up day labours if he that he was creating a “draw” by picking up illegals at the street corner. The man said “I didn’t let them in. They are here, they want work and I have work to be done.” Truth is, the catholic church and the “jews” would anything to get excited about if these employers did not hire these people. Just like the southern protestants who created the draw fr all the African Americans coming over on slave ships. What religion do you think the owners of Tyson chicken are? 11
Posted by Al Ross on April 08, 2006, 12:12 AM | # The question should have been phrased : “Do you believe THIRD WORLD immigration improves America”? I believe such an adjustment would have elicited a different response. 12
Posted by Al Ross on April 08, 2006, 03:14 AM | # “What religion do you think the owners of Tyson chicken are?” Interestingly, religion seems to be a matter of some import to the company. A visitor to their website is greeted by a photograph of 6 grinning piccanninies, selected, we can be sure, by the company’s Chief Diversity Officer. Our spiritual needs are addressed by the website’s eclectic selection of pre-prandial grace suggestions, including one for Muslims, several in Spanish and the Scottish Masonic favourite, ‘The Selkirk Grace’ by Robert Burns. Of course Tyson boasts of its corporate governance compliance, but, as this is simply a voluntary code, the question of the employment of Latino immigration outlaws doesnt arise. 13

About two years ago, we had the Multi-culti-Christian-Islam dick wads; concocted a complete and utter reference to how far intelligence had slipped away.
The Goal was to merge Christianity and Islam together to make it “one faith”, this psychotic event of emotional and totally devoid of anything intellectual, or thought, but considering Marxism and Mahummadism are related in far distant Ideologies and are puerile Looter cons, cost Tax payers Millions of dollars, we were Looted .
The one fortunate thing about that project being discarded, You Pomes or Yanks would be the new owners of the polytheistic stink tank religion. “Christislamo”. Yes it was very smelly, and that it self indicates the Mental and intellectual stability of the idiots who think this crap up. The more frightening thing is : THEY ARE SERIOUS.
