Illegal Alien Jose Ramirez
image

Police say a 15 year old girl suffered a broken nose, bone fracture to the right side of her face and received approximately 30 stitches to her face and back of her head.

How I found the news report, telling of a 15 year old girl beaten by an Illegal Alien named Jose Ramirez, I am not sure. According to the story the 15 year old girl was walking past a construction site where the Mestizo Ramirez was working, and seeing the young girl he became aroused, next he emitted animalistic yelps for her attention, she apparently refused – so he beat her.

Curiously the race of the beaten girl was not mentioned. So, I wrote to the reporter, Minnie Roh, and asked her directly: What is the race of the beating victim?

She replied:

The story was about a construction worker who allegedly beat a girl for ignoring his whistle. What color she is—is not important to why she was allegedly beaten up.

But to satiate your curiosity—she is Caucasian.

I wrote back:

Why did you leave out the race of the beating victim? Is this an editorial policy?

If the victim was black and the attacker white would you have included the race of the victim in that scenario?

Did you have the race of the white victim mentioned, but an editor removed the race identification of the white victim in your story?

She replied:

As a rule—we do not report the race unless police are looking for someone as a suspect, or if this person is missing and race is a crucial factor to finding that person.  And let me clarify as well,  sometimes when police are looking for a suspect and it’s a very vague description like “black male, between 5’9 - 5’11, weighs 160-200 pounds” we will not put out a description at all because that could be any black male in the vicinity.

And unless the crime is specifically identified as a racial hate crime—we do not report the victim’s race since it was not a factor in why the victim was beaten—that should answer the question to your hypothetical scenario below.  Police had no reason to believe that this crime—while vicious and uncalled for—was anything other than simply a construction worker who became enraged because a girl ignored his advances.

If the details come forth during the trial that this was a racially motivated crime—then we would most definitely include that in our report at that time.

I hope this answers your questions.

———————

Though I didn’t tell her this:

> “And unless the crime is specifically identified as a racial hate crime…”

I wrote back:

Well we all know that only a White can commit a racial hate crime, right Miss Roh?

Meaning she was probably of European ancestry. Maybe it’s time to tell the leftie journalists to dump the term Caucasian since most North Africans, Middle Easterners and South Asians are anthroplogically Caucasian and when they (the lefties)use this term they are always referring to Euros/Whites.

I would not advise the father of this poor girl to find the owner of the construction company and beat and crush his skill in retribution for hiring the Mestizo - again I would not advise or even hint at such a terrible thing.

I have confidence America’s immigration system and the police will protect our children from such predators - this must have been just a “tragic” event.

The idea of tearing the arms off the owner of the construction company and shoving a hot pipe down his throat has never occurred to me.

Nor has the idea of castration with a dull serrated knife entered into my mind.

Whatever punishment you wish to inflict on Mr. Ramirez, he looks perfectly European to me—presumably a Latin American of primarily European descent. Culture, both quantity and type, is at least as important as race, and for day to day living in my view much more so. Illegal immigrants on construction sites are clearly a blight, as I set out yesterday, but it’s the construction companies you need to go after, not the immigrants themsleves (except where as in Mr. Ramirez’ case, they have committed a separate crime.)

All illegal immigrants are felons Hutchinson. Entering the US without a visa is a felony crime. Folks like Hutchinson don’t get it, the authorities are flooding this country to destroy the Euro population - the business class makes a profit off of our destruction, that’s all

You cannot separate the elites from their muscle. Fight them both,or die.

> They look like whites

Must have been the blond hair and blue green eyes that gave him away, huh?  Well, lets cut through the phony confusion put out by obscurantists like Hutchinson. The technology now exists, for just $300, to find out the geographic origins of your DNA:  European, ‘Native American’,  Sub-Saharan African, Northern European, South Eastern European, South Asian . I’ll be willing to let technology sort out these questions.

Not according to GeneExpression, it’s not:  check out the comments one of their top three bloggers posted in the readers’ comments thread for

Isn’t it ironic that GnXp.com has this big reputation as one of the premier “race-realist” blogs on the internet, while one of their top bloggers goes around to every site he can denying the existence of races?  I mean, is that strange, or what?  Can someone explain this to me?  How is that done, exactly?  How is it gotten away with?

Fred, I’ve seen so many Mestizos here, in Kansas, I immediately recognized Jose Ramirez as Mestizo IMMEDIATELY.

Anyone, that claims Ramirez is a European - in my opinion - is a race denier and is tendentious.

Oh, sure, somebody can trot out an exception - someone mixed or an oddball of some kind - but racial categories are a fact, despite overlapping characteristics.

Never trust a race denier.

He doesn’t look like an indio to me, either, though his ancestry appears more Sephardic than European.

Ben:

Growing up in the South, as I grew up in the Midwest (1960s & 70s) I can tell you any non-white stood out like a beached whale, this too was probably true for the South.

We had one boy, in our 5th grade class, named Samuel Horowitz. This Jew stood out from all of us - a class of 30. He stood out from the faculty too.

Now that the elites have flooded this country with all kind human flotsom & jetsom I can no longer raise my children in such a country. This was not an accident.

That’s my point; it would be a lot more effective to make employment of illegal immigrants a felony, and throw the book at some big shots, at which point the problem would quickly become solved.

Try to solve it on the back of the illegal immigrants and you automatically antagonize the blleding hearts, who, however misguided they may be, have votes.  Jailing a few construction CEOs will generally draw cheers from the voting crowd.

It’s a MUCH more effective approach.

We agree.

Indeed, hit the employers, effective deportation and secure the borders. Illegal immigrants are criminals but the best punishment is to send them straight back. The immigrants themselves are pawns in the game. Mexicans as a group are at least as much victims of their vile, corrupt, elite as we are of our own elites.

Martin’s right (Lurker too):  the way to deal with the illegals crisis is to go after the employers.  You don’t need to pay law-enforcement to go out and individually find, arrest, and deport every single alien.  Hit the problem on the demand side with some really harsh penalties to set an example, exactly as Martin recommends, and the problem’ll melt away by itself because nobody’ll dare hire these people.  Combine that strategy with, for example, the implementation of the steps recommended in

this

Freeper post (and several others similar to it which I’ve seen posted here and there on the net) and we can rid ourselves of the illegals problem without lifting a finger to actually go out and chase down and deport each and every one of them—they’ll quietly deport themselves and go back to their villages in Mexico.  Chasing them down is the dumb way.  Let’s start calling on government to do it the smart way.  Yes, yes, I know, “the government will never do what we call on them to do in this regard because they’re all bought-and-paid-for by Wall Street and Big Business who want these illegals here so they’ll have unlimited supplies of slave labor, and are the ones calling the shots.”  But part of the reason they’ve gotten away with it so far is precisely because their skillful propaganda about it being “impossible to solve the illegals problem so might as well grant them amnesty” has actually convinced people it would be pointless to raise a stink.  Once people are told the truth about how truly easy it would be to get rid of the illegals through the simplest measures, they’d be more likely to start demanding such measures be implemented:  they’d be more likely to raise a stink.

The other thing is, Geoff talks about fantasies any father would have of knocking this vermin’s teeth down his throat for doing that to his daughter, which of course no dad is actually going to do because he’d wind up in jail.  BUT ... what about the aggrieved dad suing the business that hired this illegal for damages (medical costs of course, but where the really big “damages” awards are seen is with compensation for “pain and suffering” on the part of the victim and the victim’s family, including “psychological” pain & suffering—you see millions, tens of millions awarded by juries for “pain and suffering”).  On a contingency basis a smart, aggressive lawyer whose take would be a third of the jury award could retire after winning a case with the potential this one seems to have ... if not end up the equivalent of a Power Ball winner ...

Fred,

BTW, I read on VDARE, the sum total of prosecutions of employers for hiring illegals in 2004 was ===> 3 <===. This is not an accident. Someone, at the top, is squelching border and workplace enforcement. Don’t ask why - just understand the net result. The extinction of Euro America.

Cui bono?

<===. This is not an accident. Someone, at the top, is squelching border and workplace enforcement."

  (—Geoff)

Geoff you’re right about that.  Even under Clinton it was hundreds!  Under Clinton no less!  George Bush himself or some bastard he’s put in place is indeed, exactly as you say, deliberately giving orders not to go after the employers.  As I’ve said elsewhere, words cannot adequately describe how low a human being Bush is.  Words fail.  Bush is obsessed, literally obsessed, with Mexicanizing the United States.  It’s a living nightmare having that lunatic in the White House:  a living nightmare.

Don’t forget of course that after illegals come legals:  we’re fighting a two-front war, and must never lose sight of the fact that the racial transformation being forced on this unconsulted, unwilling country is taking place more through the 1965 Immigration Holocaust Act and outrages like the “Diversity Lottery” than through the illegals crisis.  The illegals have to be halted and sent back and the 1965 Act has to be rescinded, followed by humane repatriations—and yes, John Ray, I’m serious:  never been more serious in my life.  What can be done can be undone, anything’s possible where there’s a will, and the only thing certain about the future is naysayers have no chance of victory.  The other side didn’t go from a standing start thirty-five years ago to where they are now by naysaying, but by quietly rolling up their sleeves and toiling day and night until they pulled it off.  By dint of the same single-mindedness and effort they showed, let’s reverse this monstrosity they’ve wrought.

Employers of illegal aliens are a perfect case for the forfeiture program. Let the negro civil servants eat the assets of those white businessmen.

From the Department of Justice’s Asset forfeiture program web page:

The Department of Justice’s Asset Forfeiture Program is a nationwide law enforcement program that continues to be an effective and powerful strategy in the fight against crime.

Purpose: The primary mission of the Department of Justice Asset Forfeiture Program is to employ asset forfeiture powers in a manner that enhances public safety and security. This is accomplished by removing the proceeds of crime and other assets relied upon by criminals and their associates to perpetuate their criminal activity against our society. Asset forfeiture has the power to disrupt or dismantle criminal organizations that would continue to function if we only convicted and incarcerated specific individuals.

Scope: The Department of Justice Asset Forfeiture Program encompasses the seizure and forfeiture of assets that represent the proceeds of, or were used to facilitate federal crimes. Forfeiture may proceed under either administrative or judicial processes. Further, the DOJ program applies only to cases developed by enforcement officials in certain agencies of the Federal Government.

When we import so many millions of Mexicans we are inevitably also importing Mexican culture-this should be obvious to everyone except a neocon. Anyone who has not seen this post at the Mark in Mexico blog should check it out:
http://markinmexico.blogspot.com/2005/08/last-word-on-mexico.html
(...)
Why is Mexico such a mess? It’s the culture. Don’t scoff. I live here, remember? Mexicans do not understand the very basics of Rule of Law. They don’t understand them and I don’t believe they ever will. The single missing ingredient here is accountability. You can steal just about whatever you want to steal here, and if you share the spoils with the political powers that be as well as local, state and federal law enforcement, you can get along quite nicely. Kind of like Chicago.
Mexican politicians believe that it is their right to enrich themselves at the expense of their constituents. It comes with the territory, so to speak. Mexicans as a whole are not capable of viewing society as a whole. They do not understand that what is injurious to society is injurious to the individual. My father used to tell me that one’s rights end at the beginning of the other fellow’s nose. Mexicans don’t see it that way. A Mexican believes that his rights extend as far as he can push or bully his way. That the extension of his rights might be deleterious to society as a whole is a thought which never crosses his mind. A basic lack of civility abounds.

“Culture, both quantity and type, is at least as important as race, and for day to day living in my view much more so.”

“Culture” doesn’t just fall from the sky like snowflakes in winter.

If genotypes create various, specific cultures, it seems likely that there *is* a relationship between peoples’ genetic makeup and their respective social arrangements.

“Why can’t the girl’s parents sue the employer of the illegal alien for civil damages and take his business from him?”  (—James Bowery)

Damn good question!  Didn’t a pair of illegals just sue a white rancher for a lot less and take his ranch from him?  Isn’t there an ambitious lawyer on our side who’s as smart as Morris Disease and as greedy?  What’s up with that anyway?  No one on our side knows how to sue these creeps and get their property away from them like Disease does?

“If genotypes create various, specific cultures, it seems likely that there *is* a relationship between peoples’ genetic makeup and their respective social arrangements.”  (—Friedrich)

Racial and national (in the nation-state sense) cultures and other group characteristics of races and nation-states (such as is discussed

here

for example) are partly genetic.  (No, the trait discussed in the link hasn’t been proven to be a genetic racial characteristic, and in the paper it’s attributed only to cultural influence passed down from generation to generation since ancient times, but it’s exactly the type of thing that’s going to be proven to have a partly genetic basis as further advances in genetics are made.  The sum-total of such partly-genetic traits of a race or nation-state is one factor going into determining a particular culture and other group characteristics.)

The word has gone out: “the whites must be kept quiet and happy until we have killed them off - one by one”.

Despite the bureaucratic answer about how they (the newspaper writers and cops) decide to mention race - the fact is most interracial crime is brown/black on white.

I bet this Mestizo had been dying to get at a white girl, and he took his shot.

Martin Hutchinson,

This invader was not white.  If you are in the UK, you don’t get experience with the mixed mexican(Amerind/white mestizo).

This is a new subrace that may have caucasoidal tendecies but has been breed over 10 to 20 generations into a quite separate behavioural and genetic breed from a Western European Caucasoid.

C.D Darlington referred to this as Hybridization process that all human breeding groups go through until you see group characteristics in Subraces like Alpine, Nordic and Mediterannean.  Mestizo will ever fit in that category and don’t want these simpletons entering into my descendents gene pool.

No thank you!!!

There are some parallels here with the lowland clearances of Scotland that led to the Scotch-irish migration to the new world.  Everyone seemed to be living their own hell.  No one could form a unified resistance to their dispossession.  Their sole salvati n was finding new lands to which they could escape.

From “The Scotch-Irish: A Social History” by James G. Leyburn, chapter 7 “Causes of the Scottish Migration” section “A. Economic” on page 99:

It was the average humble farmer who was hit by the new device.  The situation in Scotland resembled the hardships of English farmers in a later period when landlords began to enclose land traditionally held, so that the squire might raise sheep for the profitable woolen industry.  With the ntroduction of the “feu” (a definite, if unintentional, breach in the feudal system), Scottish tenants now saw lands which for generations had been leased to their families let out to others.  If, by moving to some other locality, the dispossessed farmer could still find no land to rent, he was almost inevitably reduced to the position of becoming, at a great blow to his pride, a mere laborer or subtenant.  Many of the dispossessed found their way to the towns, to increase there the already grim number of
beggars.  Grant speaks eloquently of the hardships of dispossession as “only one note in the great minor chord of misery that rings through so many contemporary descriptions of the country-folk.”  Sir David Lindsay of the Mount, who flourished during the reign of James V (1513-42), lamented the fact that the tenure of “feuing” encouraged the dispossession of smaller tenants by those who were able to pay more.  “Kindly tenants” and old possessors were everywhere suffering, for in 1566 the proposal was made in Parliament that “no mailer, farmer, or other occupier of lands, who pay their order may be taken for the relief of the poor and “the better
forthsetting of the king’s service.”

The position of kindly tenants became steadily weaker.  If they had been the ones who were able to pay the feu-fees, Scotland might have developed something approximating the yeoman class in England; but kindly tenants were as little able to discover the money—were, indeed, quite as poverty-stricken—as other tenants.  The “feus”, therefore, were chiefly acquired by great landholders, especially by ambitious lairds, in order to extend their estates; and the enlarged farms were now worked by hired laborers who had lost their status and independence as tenants.

There are no figures by which the number of dispossessed may be estimated for the Lowlands.  The process had gone on so slowly that it seemed to most farmers to be their individual problem, their personal crisis.  There was no
national movement of resistance to a development whose rationality was evident.  By 1610, when the Plantation of Ulster was announced, many Scots felt not only the stick of poverty, lawlessness, and insecurity, to which
they had grown accustomed; there was now the new goad of loss of status.  It was, of course, not merely the dispossessed who were attracted to the generous lands visible across the Channel from the shores of southwestern
Scotland.  The old Scottish readiness to go abroad to seek one’s fortune was stimulated by the advertisements of the planters.  Country-folk far and wide entered upon the migration.

Any Scot who had the inclination might now take the short journey across to Ulster and there, on easy terms, acquire a holding of land reputed to be far more fertile and productive than any he was likely to know in his own
country.  More than this, he would be encouraged in his enterprise: the native Irish were to be driven back into the hills or expelled altogether, and there would be the protection of the English army, with a promise of peace and law.  All this was a powerful attraction to men who wanted to better their lot.

Before we get too wedded to the panacea of using asset-forfeiture against white employers, bear in mind that if you have 100 construction companies in the area, and 99 of them are employing waterbugs - that 100th guy is in a lose-lose situation. If he ‘buys American’, he’s just priced himself out of any hope of competitive bidding.

The answer - at this stage of the game - is extreme measures. It always is, when a systemic problem is allowed to fester to the extent that this one has.

I think sotto voce vs. bullets is a false dilemma.  You can do better than that.
