Court Awards Illegals Ranch in ArizonaNow, in a turnabout, the 70-acre property about two miles from the border is being given to two immigrants whom the group caught trying to enter the United States illegally. The whole story at Modern Tribalist. Lately I’ve noticed increased unwillingness to identify criminals as black, for example in this local story about a 93 year woman attacked while shopping, the text includes no mention of the attacker’s race* - odd since he is still ‘at large’ and wouldn’t it be useful to know skin color? In another report, college bureaucrats changed grade reports for 122 students in exchange for cash or sex. Since I had never heard of Florida Memorial University, and the names Ellis Peet and Clifton Franklin are common to southern Negroes, I decided to find the college’s website and discovered FMU is an all black university. * The original report did not include ” black teenager” in the description, it was added later, note: Posted by leslie on Friday, August 19, 2005 at 11:07 PM in Law & Order Comments:2
Posted by JRM on August 19, 2005, 11:41 PM | # The ranch owner was outlawyered. Or rather, he didn’t have the common sense to get a lawyer to fight the civil lawsuit and lost the ranch on default judgement. The criminal case was deadlocked save for a firearms violation. It is almost as if gun control laws exist solely to lock up whites who dare to fight for their rights. For example, Bernard Gertz, NYC subway viligante, dodged all counts save the firearms violation and the judge threw the book at him. 3

It must be a miss print, the court’s can not sign over sovreginty, well, you would hope not, there must be something in the constitution that prevents that, and it is a bit of a dangerous president in that case, look out. Stuka’s comment is realistic though. Pull the puppet aside and give him a hiding for holding the public in contempt. China or the Arabs will make claim in the courts for American soil if that is the case, and that easy, who need Armies. Insanity, shoot the Mad dog for god sake. Are we still alive or is this a bad dream in the never never land.
