BNP man guilty of racism against unknown victim

http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,29389-2367760.html

A MEMBER of the British National Party was convicted yesterday of racially abusing an Asian woman, although the victim has never been traced and the exact words that he used could not be heard by the only witness.

Robert McGlynn, 40, was seen shouting abuse at the unknown woman through the open window of his car as he drove through Swansea, South Wales, in June.

He was arrested after a receptionist, Lydia Rees, 43, took down details of his car and reported him to police.

My good friend from the UK a few years ago told me that millions of White Britons have been permanently emigrating from Britain for places like Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, Portugal and Greece—generally, in utter disgust.  I never knew why then, but lately, it’s become obvious why.

Britain has forsaken all its great traditions of Constitutionalism, writs for witness testimony, even trial by jury in favor of PC faddishness.  That they would ruin the livelihood and reputation of, fine and even imprison a man for a *supposed* crime against a *supposed* victim that wasn’t even witnessed, shows how far the land of Nelson and Henry V, of Newton and Wellington has fallen.  And now, there’s no retrieving the situation, it’s descended too far.

As for the Continent, even France lately has passed an incredibly tough immigration law and is deporting the North African hordes.  Spain, Italy all moving in the same way, Germany and Austria, Denmark already there.  Somehow they’ve figured out something that we in the US and UK are still regrettably unable to do.

I thinks Fighting Jim, it is too little to late to turn the tide; the demographic shift is far greater, and the dummying down process over the last 30 or so odd years has taken like a fly to crap; There are far too many people dependant on the state and shape their thoughts to mold into their “security” the state provides (Oxymoron), no matter how false that perception is. They have already surrendered their Independence and lost epistemology to the controlling elites. So War will be on the horizon, and I suspect it will take another 75 years to rebuild where others have destroyed , If we are lucky. WW 11 was child’s play compared to what is coming. Not that I wish for it, just it is a reality some idiots have created. The above article is testimonial to that.

The refreshing, bracing, plain-talking, truth-telling spirit in which the following excellent letter to Vdare.com is composed is similar to the spirit that animates much of Nick’s commentary and therefore, if I may, I’ll post it:

Where on earth did you dig up this Democrat Donald A. Collins bozo?  I should know better than to read his columns in the morning.  His recent piece about 9/11 victims nearly made me toss my breakfast.  Quoting Collins:  “We feel sorry for people seeking to better themselves by coming to America.”  Well, no.  Those of us who have functional brains feel sorry for ourselves and our fellow Americans.  We’re being forced to subsidize many of these illegal aliens who’ve come to displace us.

As bad as that was, it wasn’t the part that almost covered my screen with half-digested grits and eggs.  The real Collins corker is, “The prospect for caring, moral, culturally sensitive immigration reform management remains highly doubtful…”

Caring, moral, culturally sensitive immigration reform? What the hell is that?

I don’t know whether I can explain immigration in terms simple enough for Democrats to understand, but I’ll try.  Barbarians are invading. They’re not coming as army soldiers but disguised as menial laborers and beggars.  Nevertheless, they mean to take our land from us, breed non-stop and tax us out of existence for their welfare benefits.  They further intend to replace our people, our language, our culture, our history, our heroes, our holidays, and our government.  Finally, their goal is to thoroughly conquer us.

The walking brain-dead may feel sympathy for them.  But I don’t.

The only way to repel a barbarian invasion is by force.  There’s no “caring, culturally sensitive” way to do that, but there is a moral way.  Using force to repel invaders is perfectly moral.  Acquiescing in our own destruction is immoral.  Survival is moral; suicide is not.  If we maintain the effeminate, submissive posture with respect to the invaders that we’ve shown up to now, we’re finished.  Sorry, Democrats, but we’re going to have to be a bit insensitive and downright rude for a while.

Even the invaders don’t share your famous sensitivity.

Pretend illegal aliens are Republicans.

If you can’t swing into forceful action, please don’t object when others with more testicular fortitude do it for you.

“But I could not swear to the words I did hear”, said Lydia Rees in court, yet despite this admission, her evidence was deemed ‘compelling’ as Ms Rees testified that McGlynn’s face was ‘contorted’.

I expressed my displeasure via email to all malevolents concerned, (admittedly from the relative safety of my expat residence) in language calculated to warrant charges of invoking the ubiquitous demon, Ray Sissum.

Ten or so years’ banishment to Soweto ought to concentrate Lydia Rees’ mind somewhat; in any event it’s what she badly needs in order to further her ... her education, shall we say?  If that doesn’t wake her up, another ten would be just the ticket ... in Port Moresby, South-Central LA, Detroit, or the Bronx.

Yes, in a properly-run government and society that’s exactly what would happen to such as she—something along those lines, at any rate.

Isolated and random abuse of foreigners in the street is not productive and is the action of one who expects to lose. These are the kind of people who can’t be bothered to get off their backside during an election and vote for a nationalist candidate. They can be rude to people in the street though. Very useful.

Martin,

I agree wholly with you.  On the Amren thread I made the following comment because, for me, it is the only useful lesson in this affair:-

These kinds of cases are, in a perverse way, necessary and beneficial to the nationalist movement. Of course, it’s galling that the legal system operates under such a heavy presumption of guilt, and McGlynn hasn’t a chance whether he shouted anything at the immigrant woman or not. But the message has to go out loud and clear to all nationalists that we are held to the highest standards of public comportment - and must adhere to them. Those who will not or cannot learn it are not part of the solution.

Having said that, there seems to have been a miscarriage of justice, based on the paucity and poor quality of evidence.  I would expect McGlynn to win an appeal.  But as yet he hasn’t been sentenced, I think.  So we must wait to see if he receives the same treatment as “political prisoner Hughes”.

Exactly, GW. This is not about condoning gratuitous rudeness but instead concerns the miniscule ‘burden of proof’ requirement. Also the Rees witness may not have seen the Pakistani ‘victim’ jaywalking, for example, and thus incurring the driver’s wrath with attendant extenuating circumstances.
