Anti-immigration protest held in downtown area

About a dozen members of a group calling itself the Bay Area National Anarchists staged an anti-immigration protest in downtown Petaluma Saturday.

Andrew Yeoman of San Francisco, founder and spokesman for the group, said they were protesting “the ongoing effects of legal and illegal immigration.”

The group of about a dozen protesters gathered shortly after noon on the walkway on the east side of Petaluma Boulevard at Western Avenue and unfurled a large banner. One of the protesters was dressed as Uncle Sam.

Yeoman said the group had contacted police in advance. He said they used a bullhorn and also talked to people “one on one.”

Petaluma Police Lt. Mike Cook said that at 2:10 p.m., the police department was told that people were blocking a downtown sidewalk during the protest. A sergeant checked the situation out, and found that the protesters “were behaving within their legal rights.”

No other complaints were made, and no arrests were made.

Andrew Yeoman is well-named.

It is a pity that the camera could not capture some of the 60/40 responses.  I imagine that the Bay Area is as liberal as anywhere in America - please correct me if I am wrong.  So a majority support for stopping immigration there would translate to a huge majority - 80 or 90% across white America generally.  “We represent thousands of people distraught, oignored and victimized by a system that insists immigrants have more rights or virtues than Americans” is surely a true statement.

GW, of the 40% opposed, you can be sure a large proportion were Mexicans:  California is teeming with them.

What?  the left are now against immigration too?

Maybe we can actually stop the dilution of our inheritance now.  Fact is, immigration benefits nobody but corporations

Oh there is a whole lot more getting something from slave labour, mom and pop stores, contractors, homeowners, lawyers, trust funders with huge ag land…just look in the back rooms, the kitchens, the immigration lawyers, and my favorite the liberals that own huge ag lands and send their offspring to liberal colleges….

It does not have to be this way.  We can get there from here.  We’re not trapped.

It doesn’t have to be this way.  We’re not trapped.  We have a choice.  Sixty years ago, there were no Muslims in the West.  All we have to do, then, is … TURN BACK THE CLOCK.

Impossible, you say?  It’s not impossible.  We just stop letting Muslims into the West, and we tell the ones who are already here that they’re not welcome.  And if they don’t leave voluntarily, through a combination of carrots and sticks, then we make them leave.  Not because we hate them as individuals, but because, given that their religion commands them to subvert, subjugate, and kill us, the ONLY way that we can be safe and free is if they’re not here.

The liberals and “conservatives” will shriek that to exclude Muslims will make us racist and evil, it will make us “as immoral as the terrorists,” as the editor of a conservative magazine once said to me.

So much for the Moslems we don’t want here.  Moslems aren’t the main threat to us, but they’re part of it.  Do the same with the others we don’t want here.  Do it perfectly humanely.  Use generous financial reimbursements, citizenship buyouts agreeable to both parties.  For the stubborn use “push-pull,” “carrots and sticks.”  Just do it.  And if not now, when?  And if whites aren’t for themselves, who will be for them?
